How eAuction Works

eAuction is a premium marketplace where users can bid on exclusive products. Our platform ensures fairness and transparency through verified memberships and real-time bidding logic.

1. Registration & Membership

  • To participate in auctions, users must register an account and purchase a Membership Plan.
  • Each membership provides a specific Bid Quota. Every bid placed consumes one point from your quota.
  • Ensure your profile information, especially your delivery address, is accurate for fulfillment.

2. Bidding Process

  • Live Auctions: You can place bids on any auction marked as "Live" as long as you have remaining quota.
  • Upcoming Auctions: You can view these items before they start to prepare your strategy.
  • No Consecutive Bids: To ensure fair competition, users cannot place two bids in a row on the same product. You must wait for another user to bid before you can bid again.
  • Bidding Limit: Each user is limited to a maximum of 5 bids per product within a 24-hour window. Once you reach this limit, you must wait 24 hours from your first bid to bid on that product again.
  • Binding Bids: Every bid placed is a legally binding commitment to purchase the item at that price if you win.
  • Fair Play: Any attempt to manipulate auctions (shill bidding) will lead to immediate account suspension.

3. Winning & Finalization

  • The highest bidder when the auction timer hits zero is the potential winner.
  • Admin Review: All auctions are reviewed and "Finalized" by an administrator to verify the results.
  • Once finalized, the status of the auction changes to "Closed", and the winner is officially declared.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

  • Upon winning, an Order is automatically generated in your account under "My Orders".
  • A dedicated Manager is assigned to each order to facilitate shipping and fulfillment.
  • Winners must complete the checkout/payment process as instructed by their assigned manager.
  • Standard shipping times apply based on the manager's updates in your order portal.

By using eAuction, you agree to these terms. Failure to comply with the rules may result in membership forfeiture and account termination without refund.
